I did not receive a login code +
Confirm that your phone number includes the correct country code and that your device has a working mobile or internet connection. Wait for the available resend option before trying again. Never share a login code with anyone.
Notifications are delayed or silent +
In your iOS or Android settings, open Apps or Notifications → Humo and allow notifications, sounds, and the alert types you prefer. Then check Humo’s notification settings for the chat, group, or channel. Focus, Do Not Disturb, Low Power Mode, and Android battery optimization may affect delivery.
Camera or microphone is unavailable +
Open your device’s privacy or permission settings and enable Camera and Microphone access for Humo. On Android, this is normally under Apps → Humo → Permissions. Restart the app after changing a permission.
I need to report a problem +
Email support with a short description, the time the problem occurred, your Humo app version, iOS or Android version, and device model. Screenshots are helpful, but remove unrelated personal information first.
ACCOUNT DELETION
Need to leave Humo?
You can permanently delete your Humo account from the app. If you cannot access Humo, we provide a verified support-request process.

Please include your app version, iOS or Android version, device model, and a concise description of what happened. You may include your Humo phone number in international format when account identification is necessary, but do not send a password or verification code.
