Delete your account in Humo

1. Open Humo

   Sign in to the account you want to delete and open Settings.

   Open your account controls

   Select Delete My Account from your account or profile settings. The exact wording may vary slightly by app version.

   Review and confirm

   Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Your current session may end immediately after the request is completed.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@uniconsoft.uz with the subject Humo Account Deletion. Send the request from an email address you can access and include the Humo phone number in international format. We will ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request.

What is deleted

• Your Humo account and profile information.
• Account contacts and service-side settings associated with the account.
• Cloud content controlled solely by the deleted account, subject to technical and legal retention limits.

What may remain

Messages or media you already shared may remain in another user’s chat history, in a group or channel, or on a recipient’s device. Limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, backup, or legal records may be retained for the period required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the Service. Backup copies are removed through normal retention cycles.

Processing your request

In-app deletion begins when you complete the confirmation flow. Support requests are handled after ownership verification and within the period required by applicable law. We may contact you if the request is incomplete or cannot be safely verified.
