Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and UniconSoft LLC (“UniconSoft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to Humo Messenger, our website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your country. If you are below the age at which you can accept these Terms independently, your parent or legal guardian must approve your use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for securing your device and verification codes, and for activity through your account. Do not share a login or verification code. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Humo to:

• break applicable law or violate another person’s rights;
• send spam, scams, malicious code, or deceptive content;
• harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others;
• distribute unlawful or infringing content;
• attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, evade limits, or reverse engineer protected parts of the Service except where law expressly permits it; or
• collect information about other users without a lawful basis and their required consent.

We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate action, including limiting features, removing content where legally and technically appropriate, or suspending or terminating accounts.

4. Your content

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and deliver it to the people you choose.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights and permissions necessary to share it. Recipients may save, forward, copy, or capture content you share, so consider your audience before sending.

5. UniconSoft rights and third-party software

The Humo name, logo, visual design, and proprietary software are owned by or licensed to UniconSoft LLC. Humo also includes open-source and third-party components. Those components remain subject to their respective license terms and notices.

6. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Humo available and dependable, but the Service may be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We may add, change, or discontinue features and will provide notice when required by law.

7. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using Humo or request account deletion at any time. See Delete Humo Account for instructions. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, protect the Service or users, comply with law, or manage a discontinued service.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UniconSoft LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the Service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent the law allows.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. The competent courts of Uzbekistan will have jurisdiction where applicable law permits.
